Pro-Force & Poultry – Our Latest Venture

Over the past six months Pro-Force has learnt a lot about the poultry industry and it’s temporary labour requirements.

Starting out small, we provided a team of operatives to assist in clearing out of two sheds in Sussex for a broiler breeder, gaining an understanding of the type of work and also what type of worker would be successful and get the job done.

Quickly we realised that the industry was not too dissimilar to our clients with Horticulture and Food Packaging/Processing. We had lots of compliance, bio-security, inductions and policies to adhere to and for our first assignment, we were learning all the time.

Since then we were successfully recommended to one of the largest Poultry Farms in the South East and started a relationship to provide their clear out teams for 23 farms.

Through effective account management, compliance and a good understanding of the bio-security risks we also supply workers to assist in catching for vaccinations.

Our teams in Kent are also underway with supply to the industry and we are planning expansion with our office in Boston, Lincolnshire set to supply some of the biggest players in the Poultry industry.

From our experience in raising the standards of workers with Agriculture and Horticulture, Pro-Force is able to provide efficient and productive temporary labour solutions with an emphasis on worker welfare and bio-security training and procedures.

We are currently supplying:

  • Clean-out teams
    • Pressure washing

    • Full site inductions
    • Bio-security training
