Monday to Friday

Typically 9:00 - 17:30 flexible hours in peak seasons

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Input high volumes of payroll information for weekly payroll, including bank details, address changes, email updates, and right-to-work information.

  • Process new starters and leavers efficiently and accurately.

  • Prepare and issue payslips and P45s.

  • Download tax codes from HMRC weekly.

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Answer telephone calls professionally.

  • Support the Payroll team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

  • Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

  • Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

General Duties:

  • Adhere to all applicable legislation and company policies and procedures.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports as required by management.

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and workers.

  • Communicate effectively to support business development and maintain strong partnerships.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

  • Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing equality and diversity.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards.

  • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in payroll administration or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
