​Warehouse Operative required for our client based in Marden Kent

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE: To maximise the efficiency of operations whilst ensuring all quality, legal, authenticity and safety requirements are met.

​

·         Working 12 Hour Shifts

·         Rota: 4 on 3 off

·         Start Time from 7am but could vary

·         Must have Proof of Right to Work

·         Own Transport Due to the Location

·         Awareness of Manual Handling essential

·         Working in a chilled Environment

·         Rate of Pay: DOE from £11.79 whist Training up to £13.78 depending on licenses held.

Permanent Role

Quality

·         To ensure all orders are completed to the customers specification in a timely fashion

·         To ensure that only stock which has had final QC checks are sent to the customer

·         To communicate immediately any issues or trends in quality to the QA or PH Manager.

·         To ensure traceability by checking labels accurately and performing relevant checks.

·         To follow the labelling procedure when required.

·         To produce accurate load plans and GRN’s on loads sent out and received as per procedure.

Administration

·         To complete all relevant paperwork in full and to the highest standard in a timely fashion, ensuring that it is legible and signed and dated (incl. year)

·         Scan & add data to the prophet system as per the job sheet procedure.

·         To complete all housekeeping records (e.g. hand-washing, cleaning)

Other

·         Provide cover for colleagues when needed.

·         To carry out all reasonable requests and have a willingness to show flexibility whilst maintaining a positive attitude to the work and work colleagues at all times.
