Salary:DOE
Contract Type:Full-time
Monday to Friday
Typically 9:00 - 17:30 flexible hours in peak seasons

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
Input high volumes of payroll information for weekly payroll, including bank details, address changes, email updates, and right-to-work information.
Process new starters and leavers efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and issue payslips and P45s.
Download tax codes from HMRC weekly.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Answer telephone calls professionally.
Support the Payroll team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
General Duties:
Adhere to all applicable legislation and company policies and procedures.
Provide timely and accurate reports as required by management.
Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and workers.
Communicate effectively to support business development and maintain strong partnerships.
Engage in continuous professional development and training.
Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing equality and diversity.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards.
Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
