Pro-Force is looking for a dedicated On-Site Account Team Leader, to provide direction and management for a prestigious client who produces and packs premium quality fruit, at scale, 365 days a year.
You must be able to deliver on specific assigned client expectations and services in accordance with agreed KPI’s and service level agreements, ensuring adherence to budget, maximisation of revenue and return.
Responsibilities include account management, service delivery, staff management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and a commitment to continuous professional development and equality in the workplace.
Must have own transport due to rural location
5 days a week, up to 12 hour shifts with a flexible approach to working hours
Previous experience in a similar Account Manager role preferred
Familiar with Excel and Outlook
Working alongside the Regional Manager, main Duties & responsibilities include:
Account Management
- Oversee service teams to ensure timely and complete order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain client relationships to exceed expectations and sustain business.
- Plan and manage daily resources aligned with targets and budgets.
- Assist with long-term operational planning.
Service Delivery
- Allocate and manage resources for projects and targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment and service teams to achieve objectives.
- Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
Management
- Monitor performance of teams to maintain high standards.
- Ensure health and safety for all on-site team members.
- Manage HR procedures and support new and existing staff training.
Temporary Staff Management
- Ensure suitable candidate placements and effective workforce planning.
- Organise transport while considering costs and availability.
- Resolve workplace issues promptly and support staff welfare.
- Manage timesheets and ensure accurate record-keeping.
General
- Adhere to legislation and company policies.
- Provide timely and regular reports to management.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and associates.
- Uphold Pro-Force's standards of service and commitment to equality and diversity.
- Ensure confidentiality and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required by senior management.
