​Line Leader - Required for Busy site based near Canterbury Kent.

Main Purpose: To run the packing line as smoothly and efficiently as possible while following the Compliance and Health & Safety Rules

​

Personal Qualities

·         Enthusiasm, self-confidence and self-motivation.

·         Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·         Ability to use initiative and be pro-active.

·         Flexible approach to tasks undertaken.

·         Ability to work independently and within the team

·         5 days per week

·         Working week includes Weekends and Bank Holidays

·         Up to 12 Hour Shifts

·         Good Understanding of English

·         Working weekend and bank holiday

·         Pay Rate:

£12.68 Level 1

·         £13.79 Level 2

·         £14.50 Level 3

·         Overtime available

·         Own Transport Due to location

·         Experience in a similar role would be beneficial

·         Must have proof of Right to Work

·         Accommodation available if required.

·         PPE Provided

·         Immediate start after completing On Site Induction

·        This is a permanent Role
