Your Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our team, involved in the processing of food products in a chilled factory environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·         Cutting and Deboning: Accurately cut and debone chicken parts like breasts, wings, and thighs using knives and cutting tools.

·         Packaging and Labelling: Sort, package, and label chicken products for shipping and distribution, ensuring correct weight and pricing.

·         Quality Control: Inspect chicken for defects and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

·         Operating Machinery: Use specialized poultry processing equipment and monitor machinery for smooth operation.

·         Site Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict health and safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

·         Flexible shift patterns

·         Pay Rate: £11.84 - £13.09

·         Up to 40 Hours working per week

·         Must Have proof of Right to work in the UK

·         Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage

·         Transport Provided if required

·         Accommodation is available  

·         Need to be physically fit as role involves standing for long period

·         Ability to do repetitive work

·         Possibility of this being Temp to Perm Role
