Worker welfare is a top priority for Pro-Force. In 2023, we sent out surveys to over 8,000 workers participating in the Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS). While not a requirement of the scheme, Pro-Force is committed to leading the sector in compliance and is proud to share the results of our surveys.
Our surveys focus on recruitment experience, working conditions and feedback upon departure. Feedback from 2023 reflects a positive trend, with improvements noted across the worker experience in comparison to the previous year. 93.4% of respondents either strongly agreeing or agreeing that they received good information during the recruitment process and 99.1% would recommend working with Pro-Force in the UK to a friend.
